• To be considered for a review by our team, items should be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and retain all original labels and tags, packed in their original packaging. Please include your name, address, contact number, email, and order ID with the parcel.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Certain items such as Lehengas, Anarkalis, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned. We will only exchange these products if there is a defect attributable to us.
